What we can do for a project
- Land: plots across Lebanon offered for sale, for rent, and for partnership, searchable by district.
- Joint ventures: a plot can be brought to a project without changing hands. The owner keeps the land and takes part in what is built on it, and we introduce the two sides.
- Design: architecture and interior work is in-house, from the building to the finished unit.
- Marketing the units: finished units can be offered through us for sale or to let. Each is prepared as a draft and goes live only once it is agreed with you.
How an enquiry is handled
- You tell us about the project: where it is, what you plan to build, how far along it is, and what you need from us.
- We come back with what fits — or tell you plainly that nothing does.
- Where a plot is offered as a joint venture rather than a sale, we say so at the first reply: the terms differ, and so does what each side ends up owning.
What this page does not settle
- Fees and commission. They are agreed project by project, and we are not publishing a rate.
- Prices, returns and timelines. Those belong to a specific site and project, and a figure on a public page would be one we invented.
- A track record. Completed design work is on the architecture and interior page; past projects are not published here.
