We sell, let and manage property for owners in Lebanon. Tell us what you have and what you want done with it, and we will tell you what is involved.
What we can do with it
- Sell it: we prepare the offer, show the property, and take it through to a buyer.
- Let it: the same, ending in a tenancy rather than a sale.
- Manage it: once it is let, we take day-to-day responsibility — rent collection, maintenance and reporting back to you.
What happens after you send this
Your enquiry reaches a person, and it is worked in the order it arrives.
- We come back to you for what the form does not ask: where it is, what it is, its size, and whether anyone is living in it.
- We agree which of the three you actually want — a sale, a letting, or management. It is common to start unsure.
- For a sale or a letting, the property is recorded as yours and the offer is prepared as a draft. A draft is not public: it goes live only once it is agreed with you.
- For management, the terms go into a written contract before anything starts — the dates it runs for, the fee, and the amount we may spend on a repair without asking you first.
What this page does not settle
- The fee. Selling, letting and management are each agreed case by case, and we are not publishing a rate.
- An owner login. Reporting is prepared by us; owner self-service is planned and not live, so nothing here promises a portal.
