What we do
- Land: plots across Lebanon offered for sale, for rent, and for partnership, searchable by district.
- Partnership rather than purchase: a plot can be brought to a project without changing hands. The owner keeps the land and takes part in what is built on it, and we introduce the two sides.
- Design: architecture and interior work is in-house, so a site can be taken from acquisition through to a finished unit rather than handed on at the deed.
- Afterwards: a finished building can stay with us to let and to run, under the same management service the rest of the portfolio uses.
How an enquiry is handled
- You tell us what you are looking for: the kind of site, the districts, and the scale you work at.
- We come back with what fits — or tell you plainly that nothing does. Sending a list that does not match wastes the more expensive half of your time.
- Where a site is a partnership rather than a sale, we say so at the first reply: the terms differ, and so does what you end up owning.
What this page does not settle
- Yields, returns and price expectations. Those belong to a specific site, and a figure on a public page would be one we invented.
- A track record. Completed design work is on the architecture and interior page; past deals are not published here.
- A data room or an investor login. Enquiries are handled by a person, and there is no portal to sign in to.
