How it works
- You take a bed, not a flat. Each bed is let on its own agreement, with its own dates and its own rent.
- The residences are managed in-house, with the same tenancy and maintenance handling as the rest of the portfolio we manage.
- Locations are chosen for their proximity to LAU campus areas.
Checking availability
There is no availability list on this page, and there will not be one. Which bed is free is also which bed is taken, and that is somebody’s address. To find out what is open:
- Tell us the term you need and how long for.
- We check what is available and reply with the options that fit.
What is not settled yet
- Rates. A bed is quoted on enquiry; we are not publishing a per-bed price here.
- Addresses and the size of each residence. Those are confirmed with you directly, not listed on a public page.
